Exhibition JGArchitects’ Aspen Fitness Cast Glass Prototypes At Paul Rogers / 9W Gallery

Three cast glass prototypes of glass walls designed by Joseph Goldstein, Principal of JGArchitects, were included in a group exhibition entitled “CIMA Architects on Art” at the Paul Rogers/ 9W Gallery, in Manhattan’s Chelsea Arts District. The “Aspen Wall” prototypes, intended to evoke Aspen, Co winter, were produced as part of JGArchitects commission for Aspen Fitness NYC, a one-on-one fitness club in Manhattan’s Takashimaya Building.

The exhibit included work by Norman Foster, Richard Meier, John Johansen, Richard Rogers, William Katavolos, James Rossart, Norman Foster and Ati Gropius. The participants in the exhibition are all members of the Congress of International Modern Architects [“CIMA”], for which Joseph Goldstein has served as Board Secretary since 2004.
